The check-in process was quick. Staff members provided a detailed tour of the hotel and my room. I received fruit and nuts delivered to my room daily. Kundan at MAZI restaurant provided attentive service and a complimentary birthday cake. I had a very satisfying and pleasant experience.

The pools had a lower temperature. The weather was windy, so this affected the pool temperature. I expected a warmer pool considering the prices.
