quick check-in detailed tour attentive service

The check-in process was quick. Staff members provided a detailed tour of the hotel and my room. I received fruit and nuts delivered to my room daily. Kundan at MAZI restaurant provided attentive service and a complimentary birthday cake. I had a very satisfying and pleasant experience.

The pools had a lower temperature. The weather was windy, so this affected the pool temperature. I expected a warmer pool considering the prices.

i found the butler service attentive , ensuring our room felt special. the breakfast variety was excellent , especially the healthy options. yasmin at reception showed really good kindness , taking care of every detail with genuine warmth and professionalism. the whole stay felt effortless and romantic.
